Erin Condren Teacher Planner

I love organizing and planning so when I found out Erin Condren had a teacher planner, I HAD to get it. I am a planner girl for sure and the struggle is real! I love anything colorful and organized. This planner meets both of those requirements and so much more!

First of all, let's just look at this cover. Isn't it amazing? Not only does it have two of my favorite colors, but the message on the front is the perfect thing to read on a daily basis, especially when you're having... one of those days. It is also removable, so if you like to switch up your planners, all you have to do is order a new cover. You can even custom make your own cover!!

If you are an Erin Condren life planner user, you will know how great of a planner this really is. The teacher planner has the same exact quality of the life planner. Only it is 8 1/2" x 11". I was surprised when I first received it, but it is so handy to have it in a larger size.

There are many different sections in this planner and I am going to show you just a few of them. To view the ENTIRE planner, make sure to check out my video towards the end of this post. This year at a glance page is perfect for long range planning and organizing your themes and units.

Another big difference from the life planner, are the calendars. The calendars are all tabbed, but they are next to each other with a note section between each month. This is the perfect place to take notes from staff meetings, parent conferences, lesson ideas, etc.

Now for the exciting part... the lesson plan section! I'm going to be honest with you all here. Remember when I told you that the struggle was real? Well, it's true. I turn in my lesson plans online weekly. I have NO NEED for a physical lesson planner, but just look at it!! It's so gorgeous!! I plan on making weekly or monthly (not sure yet) plan with me videos and posts on how I plan each week. Something even more exciting is that I have an Etsy sticker store where I make planner stickers. I just opened... TODAY, but will be closing on Friday July 3rd so I can prepare for the TpT conference in Vegas. I will be having a grand opening July 20th and I will be including... wait for it... TEACHER PLANNER STICKERS!! If you are in the planner community, you know that there are not a lot of planner stickers out there for us teachers. If you have any requests just let me know in the comments below.

**On a side note- If you are interested in purchasing planner stickers or are just interested you can visit my Etsy shop Jenuine Crafts Co. If you want to stay updated you can visit my FB page.
Erin Condren did include very practical stickers for us though in a variety of colors.

It also includes blank stickers that you can customize to meet your needs.

Something that I love is the keep it together folder. It is double sided and fits 8 1/2" x 11" paper perfectly. So many times I get a handout from a meeting or in my mailbox that I just throw on my desk when I get into my classroom. This allows me to file it away in a place I won't loose it. Then when it's time to put it in the correct place, I know where it is.

In the back there is a page protector. It is really sturdy. In the front I have my school calendar and once the school year starts I am going to put my class list with phone numbers and addresses because I am always looking them up online!

The back has a little pocket with some freebies. I'm excited for this pocket. Remember that Etsy shop of mine I mentioned earlier? Well, my stickers will fit in there perfectly. That way you will always have them on hand! I also purchased a separate pen loop which is essential since I am always misplacing my pens.

Speaking of pens, how cute are these? They are from Pen Gems and are by far my favorite pens, aside from flairs and Staedtlers.

If you want to know even MORE about the Erin Condren Teacher planner, I have a video where I show you every page.

Have you fallen in love yet?If you are interested in ordering one for yourself, here is my referral code that will give you $10 off your first order.

**At the time of this post (June 30th), the teacher planner is out of stock, but not for long. They will be relaunching soon. Make sure to follow me on Instagram and I will notify you when they go live!

Magic Answer (Flip Chute)

Don't we all just love Pinterest? I know I do! I have been wanting to implement math centers into my routine this year and I slowly want to teach my students games that can one day be part of their math centers. I am currently working on a math fluency "program" (future post) and I knew that I wanted math facts to be a big part of my math centers. I saw this flip chute on pinterest and I thought it was perfect. I went ahead and made one of my own. It was actually pretty easy. There is a video on Classroom DIY, but I decided to do a more step-by-step video. You can see that video here. I also  made a template in word that you can go ahead and type your questions and answers into. Click the photo to visit my TPT where you can download the template for free.

3-2-1 Teacher Bio {Weekend Warriors}

I am linking up with Weekend Warriors to let you know a little bit about myself. I love getting to know other teachers and thought this would be a fun way to do it.   1. I love being a teacher and I have wanted to be one every since I was a little girl. I even turned my closet into a classroom and taught my sister and gave her homework to do. Even when she was done playing with me I would continue to play teacher by myself and my Barbies. If you peak into my classroom I am always with my students. I am either sitting on the floor with them reading a story, sitting at their tables during math time, and even dancing during Go Noodle with them. I love my job and being able to be a kid at heart 7 hours a day is pretty awesome!! 2.  I absolutely love center time. I love making and creating fun and engaging centers for my students and this year I am even going to add an additional math center time. This is a time where my students get to unwind a little, have some fun, all while

Show and Tell Wednesday

I'm excited to announce that I am starting a new link up. It is called Show and Tell Wednesday. Every Wednesday I will be hosting a linky party. This is a place where you can share anything you would like. All you have to do is write a blog post about something you would like to share and tell us about it. It can be something from your TPT store, an activity that you did in your class, or anything else school/teaching related. I always love learning new things from fellow teachers and I'm always searching for new ideas. Here are a few rules for the link up. Become a follower of my blog. This is not necessary, but occasionally I will be doing giveaways and in order to be considered for the giveaway, you must be a follower. Also, you don't want to miss anything in the future! :-) Add the Show and Tell button on your blog post that you link up. Visit the person before your link and leave them some thoughtful feedback. Have fun!!!!  Here is my show and tell for the week. School
