Teacher Toolbox

With all of these teacher toolboxes floating around on Pinterest, it's hard to really know who started it all. If any of you know who the original creator of the teacher toolbox is, please let me know so I can give proper credit. With that said, I've seen the teacher toolbox floating around the internet and decided it was time to make one. I am constantly searching around my classroom, looking for little odds-and-ends that are no where to be found. I love the fact that now, they will all be in one place.

This year I am trying to create a theme for my classroom. It started with a rug that I have in my room and then it branched out into a color scheme. I was pretty sure that I was just going to stick to colors and not a full out theme, but I kind of started leaning toward a forest/woodland theme. I have always wanted a nature theme in my room, so I guess this theme was just perfect for me.

If you would like a copy of your own, please visit my TPT store HERE.

**I have two different files available for purchase. One is premade labels and the other is customizable**

  1. Love this!!! I finally just made one too after wanting to for *so* long but I just painted it and haven't done that labels yet. Your woodland labels are incredibly cute.... was considering buying the customizable ones.... does it say what the font name is so the customized ones will look similar? Also, what kind of file is it such that it's customizable? Thanks for your help!!

Monday Made It Planner Stickers

Today I am linking up for Monday Made It. It is my first time this summer. This summer has flown by and I can't believe that I only have one more week left until meetings and two weeks until I meet my new kindergarten students. Since the school year is sneaking up on me, I am in creative mode and crafting up a storm. As teachers, I feel like we all have something in common... a love for planning. Lesson planning, life planning, to do lists, etc. Over the past few months I have been creating my own planner stickers and I have become a little obsessed. I plan on making more as well as stickers for my teacher planner and lesson planner. If you are interested in some of my stickers, you can find them HERE . After taking a two year break from TpT, I have started updating my old products and creating new ones. One of those includes my Neon Chalkboard Classroom Rules. You can find them HERE for free in my TpT store.

Before Pictures

Many people that walk into my classroom think that it is such a clean and organized room. Clean... yes. Organized... NO WAY!! Here is what everyone sees my classroom as... I love my room and I spent a lot of time rearranging it to make it fit my needs as well as my students' needs. It is a very functional classroom, aside from the organizational piece that is missing. Today I am going to share with you my "secrets". Are you ready for them? I must say that they aren't pretty. Be warned, you are about to see my BEFORE photos.   This area looks fairly organized, except for the fact that I don't use ANY of it. I ocassionally lift up the fabric to get the students' reading books and a binder here and there, but other than that, these shelves are taking up prime real estate.   One of my few cabinets that lock is filled with supplies that don't need to be locked up.  Math centers that have never been used because I still have no clue how I want to organize them. ...

Plan With Me Sunday Blog Hop

Welcome to Plan With Me Sundays Blog Hop! This is my first time participating and I am so excited! I have been a planner all of my life and I absolutely love writing things down and organizing my life. This week I wanted to link up with Keeping up with Mrs. Harris and Kreative in Kindergarten because I love looking at other people's planners. Before I share with you my planner(s) I just want to let you know that I have THREE, yes three. One is my personal planner with my every day to do lists, chores, appointments, etc. My second is my business planner. I use this to organize things for work, my TpT store and blog, as well as my Etsy. The third planner is my Erin Condren teaching planner. I will not be sharing that planner this week, but you can learn all about it HERE . I will be sharing two of my planners here with you today. The first is my business planner. It is an Erin Condren planner in the vertical layout. I love this layout because it is broken down into thre...
